The robot does not always need to be programmed by teaching points one at a time and the robot does not need to be stopped during programming. In the Robotmaster the paths are based on the geometry of the tool and the workpiece. The user determines how the tool movement is to be implemented and the software searches for the best solution. The program is checked for collisions and then a program is produced that can be loaded directly into the robot’s control. With Robotmaster unique optimization curves you can visually see the robot’s out of reach areas and avoid collisions.
If you already have CAM software in use, you can import the data directly into Robotmaster and you can immediately optimize the movements for the robot. Programming roughing paths for large parts as well as finishing paths for curved parts is quick and easy with Robotmaster.
A new standalone version of the Robotmaster software has been released. With this version you can program robots e.g. for welding, painting, deburring and many other tasks.
